Salsa Grilled Pork|
Place Pork chops in a plastic bag, non-metal bowl or sealable container. Combine salsa, white wine, vegetable oil and garlic. Pour mixture over Pork; seal or cover and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours, turning meat occasionally. Preheat barbecue on high; reduce temperature to medium. Discard Pork marinade. Place Pork chops on grill; close barbecue cover and grill 8 to 10 minutes; turn and grill 7 to 8 minutes on the other side. Sprinkle cooked chops with parsley and serve with grilled corn, peppers and zucchini.
