Raspberry Cheesecake

Crust - Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups Graham Wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine

    Method:
    Combine above ingredients and press into spring form pan or 9"x13"x2" pan. Bake in 350 F/180 C oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely

    Filling - Ingredients:

  • 1-8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 32 oz Cool Whip

    Method:
    Cream cheese and add sugar, salt, lemon juice, vanilla and raspberries. Fold in cool whip. Pour mixture over base and chill for three hours.

    This cheesecake will melt on your tongue and make your tastebuds come alive!
