Grilled Lime Chicken


  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • cup lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • tsp ground mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • tsp pepper

    Combine the first five ingredients. Place chicken in a large glass container. Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Drain and discard the marinade. Place chicken on a grill and sprinkle with pepper. Grill, uncovered, over medium low heat for 12-15 minutes, turning several times.
